Natalie Barrentine, LMT

Natalie is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Neurosomatic Therapy practitioner who specializes in helping people return to living without pain. She especially enjoys working with athletes, golfers, TMJ cases, and complex problems that don’t respond to other treatments.

After going to University of South Florida and spending some time working in the mainstream healthcare system, she saw how much more impact she could make addressing pain in alternative routes and chose massage therapy instead. She completed her training at the Center for Neurosomatic Studies, where she built a strong foundation in clinical assessment, postural correction, and identifying the neurological and muscular root causes of pain.  She is certified Level 1 with Titleist Performance Institute for golf athletes.

Natalie works with sports injuries, chronic pain, and medical/clinical conditions using a whole-body, root-cause approach rather than simply treating symptoms.

Misty Malott, BS, LMT

Misty’s journey into human anatomy began with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development & Family Science. Her college job, fitting shoes with a Brannock Device, sparked her deep curiosity about foot anatomy, gait mechanics, and how the feet influence the rest of the body. That early exposure planted the seed for understanding how the body builds itself from the ground up.

What truly shaped her clinical eye was her own injury. After slipping on ice and instinctively bracing to prevent a fall, without ever hitting the ground, she sustained a debilitating shoulder injury she never saw coming. What initially appeared to be an isolated incident revealed a much older story of compensation. A Facebook memory that surfaced later showed something striking: nearly a year before the slip, her scapula had already been visibly winging. The cold-induced bracing didn’t create the problem, it exposed a pattern that had been quietly building below the surface. The healing journey that followed became her first introduction to a style of bodywork that, at the time, only scratched the surface of what she would later come to understand.

Her curiosity about compensation patterns existed well before meeting her mentor, Tracy Alan Jones, founder of Tampa Bay Sports & Medical Massage. Under his guidance, her curiosity has transformed into a well-trained eye grounded in thorough assessment, clinical reasoning, and addressing the source rather than chasing symptoms.

Together, these experiences shape how she works today, always listening for the story behind the pain.

Megan Armstrong, LMT, MFR, NST,

Megan's pursuit of professional massage therapy began when she could not get enough of anatomy and physiology and high school. After trying to persuade the teacher to create an AP class, she began taking her interest more seriously. Being a former gymnast, the relationship between stretching fascia and muscle became a favorite niche. Scars do not care about their size or how old they are, in fact they are often a source of nervous system dysfunction even decades later! Megan loves solving puzzling cases and thoroughly investigating postural anomalies to find the root issues. The seemingly unexplainable is most fascinating! Combining different techniques and approaches like Neurosomatic Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage help to balance the tissues via various elements. When not working or studying, she is out having fun with her two children and as many friends as they want to bring along- day trips and outdoor adventures whenever possible. There is so much fun and wonder out there to be found!
